The swab+drop self-swab kit has an entry on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. We endeavour to work with pathology laboratories to make this product available to Australian patients referred for COVID-19 testing in the coming months.
How it Works
Once issued with a self-swab kit, patients are instructed to collect their own sample following animated step-by-step instructions on a dedicated website. The laboratory will analyse the sample and make the result available to the patient and their healthcare professional in as little as 24 hours.
