Influenza Home Test
We have developed a single use flu test that can detect influenza from the comfort of the user’s own home. The test connects to the user’s smartphone through the test’s designated app. Test results are displayed on the user’s phone within 12 minutes of completing the test.

Influenza: The Facts
Influenza (Flu) is a common and serious contagious illness caused by a viral infection of the nose, throat and lungs. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that influenza related respiratory disease causes 290,000 – 650,000 deaths per year. In the US, the 2018/2019 influenza season resulted in an estimated 800,000 hospitalisations and 61,000 deaths.
